01About these terms

These terms apply to kidcompany.pk, operated by KidCompany, Lahore, Pakistan ("KidCompany", "we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

02Using our website

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or order with the permission of a parent or guardian.
• Please give accurate details, especially your name, phone number and delivery address.
• Don't misuse the website: no attempts to hack it, overload it, copy it or use it for anything unlawful.

03Your account

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password private. You're responsible for orders placed through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

04Products, ages and safety

• We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours in photos can look slightly different on different screens.
• The age shown on each product is the manufacturer's recommendation. Please follow it, especially for children under 3, as some toys contain small parts.
• Adults should supervise young children during play and follow the instructions and warnings that come with each product.
• Products that need batteries don't include them unless the product page says so.

05Prices and availability

• All prices are in Pakistani rupees (Rs). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Prices and stock can change at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
• If a product was listed at an obviously wrong price, or goes out of stock after you order, we'll contact you. You can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

06Placing an order

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation. Your order is accepted when we confirm and dispatch it.

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we can't verify the details or the product is unavailable. If you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.

07Payment

• You can pay by cash on delivery, or online with JazzCash, Easypaisa or a debit/credit card.
• Online payments are processed by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card details.
• Online payment discount: when you pay online with card, JazzCash or Easypaisa, we take 10% off the products total at checkout. It doesn't apply to delivery, gift wrap or gift card charges. We may change or end this offer at any time; the discount shown at checkout is the one that applies.

08Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners including TCS, Leopards, PostEx, Trax and Daraz Express.
• Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days. 60-minute delivery is available in selected areas of Lahore.
• Delivery times are estimates. Weather, public holidays and courier delays can occasionally affect them.
• Please check your parcel when it arrives, and contact us within 7 days if anything is wrong.

09Gift wrap and gift cards

• Gift wrap costs Rs 150 per item and a handwritten gift card costs Rs 100, added at checkout.
• We write gift card messages exactly as you type them. Please don't include anything offensive; we may leave out such messages.
• Wrapping paper and card designs may vary.

10Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund policy and Purchase protection page.

11Reviews and content you post

• Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience with the product.
• We don't publish reviews that are offensive, contain personal information, advertise other businesses, or are unrelated to the product.
• We never edit a review to change its meaning, and we show both positive and negative reviews.
• By posting a review, you allow us to display it on our website.

12Our content

The KidCompany name, logo, website design, text and our own photos belong to KidCompany. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

13Our responsibility

We take care to run the website and fulfil orders properly. We're responsible for the products we sell being as described. We aren't responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, or by using a product in a way that doesn't follow its instructions, warnings or age recommendation.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Pakistan.

14Privacy

We use your details only to process your order, deliver it and support you. Read our Privacy policy for details.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you placed it.

16Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.
