Delivery Timeline

At KidCompany, we understand that parents need their baby essentials quickly.

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 working days.

  • Other Cities: 5–7 working days. Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

Shipping Charges

We strive to provide affordable baby products with transparent shipping costs:

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 250 nationwide.

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 5,000. The total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order for kids’ clothing or toys is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and Email. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through our courier partner’s portal.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

To ensure maximum trust, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure the correct contact number and address are provided to avoid any delivery delays.
