7-Day Return Policy

At KidCompany, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your baby products or kids’ clothing, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels are intact.

  • You have the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items like undergarments or used feeding accessories cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5–7 working days via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item sent was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color in kids’ fashion? We offer easy exchanges! Simply send the item back to our warehouse, and we will ship the replacement once the original is received.
